Had a Son of the church speak, now your going to have a Mum speak.

For 20 years she has been apart of a movement that is passionate about the house of God.  She has been under her pastor 20 years.  She is planted in one local church for 20 years.  

We have to get the job done.  It is not innovation or excellence, it is a by product of it.

We have to love the people like we love ourselves, problem is we dont like ourselves very much.

If were going to get the job done we must get a love and a passion for God’s House.

Strengthen your core.

Love the lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.

If you do that, you will get a right perspective with me(God).

God wants us to spend more time strengthening our core.  Heart, Soul, and Mind.

God said I need your inner world to be strong!

Church is an internal heart transformation program.

The USA is crucial for the evangelization of the world.

Heart is the seat of our passion.  Not Hype but Passion.

Hype is externally regulated by the next event, heart is internally regulated.

God has not called us to spectacular superstars.

God wants our Heart. 

We are headed for spiritual heart attack.  Our heart muscle is clogged.  We have to allow God to open heart surgery on us.

The gift that we have will destroy us, if our heart is not good internally.

Allow God to do a deep inner work in our heart.

Rev. 2:1-7

Urgent hour on the earth.  Jesus doesn’t want us to leave our first love.  

Boredom is killing our hearts!

Philip chapter 3 - press on.

Don’t build monuments to ourselves.  Leave legacies for the pastors under you!

Familiarity - 2nd major reason of affair.

God is God and we are not!  We are not hear to criticize each other.  Don’t become familiar with his house.

This is our hour.  

Don’t get enamored with the stuff, we have a job!  

Keep the Awe of God!

The lights, screens, they would be nothing without God!

In the Christian circle there is a lot of lust out there.  Do NOT lust after what God has given some other church.  Be grateful and faithful for what He has put in our hand.

It is all about our Heart, Soul, and Mind.

There was a process for healing, it wasn’t immediate.

Most of us don’t want God to move into the neighborhood.  We want to visit him a few times a week, but don’t move in.  Then we would have to clean out our house.

We can have a full on fight on the way to church and then the Spirit of hypocrisy hits us in the parking lot.

“Without Honor”

a prophet is without honor in his hometown. 

Jesus is not our Home Boy! 

Jesus does not need our shout out!

Jesus does not want our shout-out…He doesn’t need our props…He’s not our homeboy. He is the SON of the MOST HIGH GOD.

Talking Church Hoppers and Church Shoppers….NO HONOR OR VALUE to the Body of Christ.

Jesus didn’t die on a brutal cross so that we could sample Him on a buffet platter. 

 We don’t need a Ricky Bobby mentality when it comes to Jesus.

How many of us are in the dead spot in our ministries?

We are too cool, we need to restore a sense of honor to leadership in church.

Some of us have honor and respect confused.

Honor is you.  Respect is earned.

God will honor you when you honor your leadership.

We should be known for what we love not what we hate. For the 35 y/o.

When you have a revolution you are on the curve…you are setting the pace.

When you have a revolution -  you are setting the culture and pace.  

The church should be the head and not the tail.

Matt. 4:18

That was a blankety blankety blankety sermon.  He took that as a compliment.

It is easier to be a member of the local country club than it is to be a member of the local church.

At the Church, you must belong before you believe, not the opposite.

When Jesus called His disciples, He simply said, “Follow me,” He didn’t preach a sermon to them.

If you don’t have cigarette butts in your parking lot, you don’t have much of a church.

I would become a christian, if it were not for christians.

How many people have we turned away because we would not allow them in our club?

We must create an environment that is inviting.

People must feel valued and loved.

Sometimes it takes time to clean people up, most churches don’t make them comfortable enough to stay around that long.

We cannot expect a person that doesn’t understand the rules and regulations to do church the way we want them to.

Find a need and fill it.

We must put the hurting people on the front row.

We must eliminate the barriers that say you must be holy first.

For 18 yrs at the Dream Center we have brought in pimps, prostitutes, drug dealers and anyone else that needs Jesus.

Church environment is Jesus not religion.

If you want a miracle, go get the empty vessels.

The atmosphere at the Dream Center is contagious. Our atmospheres should be too.

We have made the method sacred instead of the message.

There is something about reaching people.  Excitement draws a crowd.

If you reach people nobody wants, I will give you the beautiful people you desire.

Reach people that dont feel like they belong.

There is provision for the vision.

The vision has to be bigger than you.

Being addicted to the ministry of the saints.

The people behind the scenes that are absolutely addicted.

Are you an addict?  

The emblem of Jesus’ ministry was a towel.

Just start, you may not like, but just get started - you will be an addict soon!

You have to love people.

We just want yuppy fruit, we want clean fruit.

Jesus used a net and a hook.

In our net there should be whites, blacks, asians, rich, poor, educated, ignorant.

We didnt have to cast out demons, we just showed them our women.

Coke mission…to get a can into everyone’s hand. 73 million will have a coke in their hand by the end of day…Pepsi moved in and Coke said they had to do more to not let a false coke get into others hands..

Get off their blessed assurance to get a coke in every hand by 2014.

There is a mystery to the Gospel that can not be explained.

If you dont want to split your church, move it 3 inches a Sunday.

Ministry is a four letter word: WORK

Strategy for his church: STAY

Just dont give up! Snail to the Ark …. Maybe not as fast, but just get there.
